MEDICA, the industry’s premier global Life Sciences/Medical trade show, takes place annually in Düsseldorf, Germany. Many of Florida’s top medical companies will promote their goods and services from the Florida Pavilion for the 35th consecutive year, November 16-19, 2026.

Medica 2025 featured 5,000 exhibitors and attracted 80,000 visitors from 160 countries, 80% of these visitors were from countries other than Germany and included visitors with strong purchasing power from international markets like Asia, Australia, North Africa, Latin America, and Arab nations. More than 127 companies exhibited from the United States, 31 from Florida with 14 in the Florida Pavilion.

EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES

SelectFlorida has secured space for the Florida Pavilion and individual booths are being offered for Florida companies to co-exhibit within the pavilion. Choose one of the following:

Turnkey Booths:

• Carpeting, table and chairs, information counter, lighting, electrical outlet and company header.
• Direct marketing promotion and use of the press box.
• Florida lounge for use by Florida exhibitors and their guests (with paid Wi-Fi access available, snacks and refreshments provided).
• Exhibitor passes (number based on participation level).
• Show registration, Florida Pavilion Exhbitor Catalog and North American Directory listings.
• One copy of the official MEDICA Catalog.
• On-site support, including interpreter.
• Daily stand cleaning.

Corner booths are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional booth sizes are available upon request. Space is limited.

TRADE GRANTS
SelectFlorida is offering a limited number of grants on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified companies that will cover 90% of exhibition costs with a maximum disbursement of $10,000.
