Certificate of Free Sale is a document that may be required by some importing countries, as a condition of entry. A Certificate of Free Sale verifies products being exported are freely marketed without restriction and are “approved” for sale in the United States. As Florida’s official economic development and international trade office, SelectFlorida is able to issue a Certificate of Free Sale for your needs.
It is important to note that these certificates are not in lieu of any government-issued certificate, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). A SelectFlorida issued Certificate of Free Sale is an addendum to any and all other document requirements. Please check with foreign governing agency to verify documentary requirements.
