SelectFlorida Provides Good Manufacturing Practices Certificates
A Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practices attests that products intended for export are produced in compliance with published Good Manufacturing Practice standards as set forth by relevant U.S. state and federal authorities. As Florida’s official international commerce organization, SelectFlorida is authorized to issue Good Manufacturing Practices Certificates to businesses engaging in international commerce. Issuance of a Good Manufacturing Practices certificate is based upon the information and attestations provided by businesses.
Please note that these certificates do not change any requirement for a business to obtain government-issued certificates from agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). SelectFlorida’s Good Manufacturing Practices Certificate is in addition to any and all other document requirements. Organizations are responsible for coordinating with the appropriate international government agency(ies) to verify and obtain all required documents and certifications.
